The hotel was fairly clean and had extremely friendly staff. Enjoyedthe outstanding meals and delicious breakfast. The location of the property was excellent, opposite Rose park. Moreover, it's not far from rose garden and the Lord Murugan temple, Fortune Sullivan Court on 6th-8th Sept 2019 and Ooty Lake.

Property was modern well appointed, we loved this place.

The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Ramakrishna Mutt. The room was both airy and beautifully maintained with good view and bathroom, for instance.

The room at Fortune Resort Sullivan Court is like a cozy haven after a hectic day, with a comfy seating area to unwind and relax. The printed fabrics and wooden furnishings add a warm touch that makes you feel right at home.

Personally, I found the partially open bathrooms with separate bathtubs and showers to be a bit inconvenient.

We enjoyed the hotel and Udagamandalam, had 1 beautiful day there. The property staff was accommodating and consistently courteous. The breakfast was delicious and excellent with Western foods and dosas, and had all you need...

It was as expected, had a really nice stay on a business trip. The room was large with both our kids, the staff were excellent! The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walk from a landscaped garden. There were a local market and a main market around the hotel. Good restaurant served vegetarian specialties.

I always choose this place for my stay. Helpful staff, free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, game room, fitness centre. They even helped with currency recommendations. It suits me perfectly. Coming back for Christmas. No regrets!

Had awesome stay on a business trip and the weather was beautiful.

The rooms were well-equipped with all necessary amenities like a room heater, TV, and a water heater for coffee/tea. The prompt room service and good food in the buffet/restaurant were highly appreciated. The staff at the restaurant were courteous and quick in their service.

We also experienced noise disturbances from the reception area and a function that took place during our stay. The room service was slow and had to be reminded multiple times for milk and coffee.

We had a pleasant stay for 3 nights from May 31st to June 3rd.

The hotel's location was central, in getting everything done as requested. The room was vintage and impressive with all amenities, we stayed in all day.
